What is Maharaja?

How do I sign up?
As you download the Maharaja application, you will be asked to register on the app as you land on the homepage. Users have to submit their mobile number and email address to register.

Why can’t I log in to my account?
The users may encounter login problems due to various reasons. The primary reason why the user might not be able to login is when a user enters an incorrect email ID and password. In case the user has forgotten their password, there’s a Forgot Password link available below the login option. By clicking on the Forgot Password link, the user will be taken to a new webpage, where the user can reset their password by entering their registered mobile number and Maharaja will send an OTP. The user can enter the OTP sent by Maharaja to reset their password.

Can I have multiple accounts on Maharaja?
No. A user is allowed to have only one account under their name with valid supporting documents on Maharaja. Please refer to the Fair Play policy for further details.

Can I update/edit my information?
The users can easily update/edit their information by logging into their Maharaja account using their mobile number, registered email address and password. After logging into their Yuvraj11 account, the users can edit/update their information by clicking on ‘Edit Profile’ on the top right of the page. Users will be able to edit their basic information including Date of Birth, profile name, address, mobile number and team name on the Maharaja  App.

I’m sure I’ve got the right username and password but why can’t I login to my account?

Why didn’t I get any confirmation email after signing up?
In case you haven’t received any confirmation email from Maharaja after registering with Maharaja there could be 2 reasons:

1. The mail sent by Maharaja might have been marked as “Spam” and could have been sent to the spam folder of your mailbox. In such a case, please check the spam folder of your mailbox and mark Maharaja as ‘Not Spam,’ additionally add Maharaja to your contacts to avoid any future inconvenience.
2. The user might have mistyped their email address while registering with Maharaja. In such a case, please reach out to us via our Contact Us
   
   

I don’t know much about cricket – can I still play?
